Florida Resident Unable to Get English Driver’s License Manual
WSVN-TV Channel 7 in Miami reports today that there is a shortage of English language commercial drivers license manuals in Florida. Florida resident John Lippincott went to an office of the Division of Motor Vehicles only to be told that while the DMV had plenty of Spanish language manuals, they were out of the English versions.
